With each purchase of a zutBe product, it's our pleasure to offer you a robust warranty. Purchases made within 30 days of delivery may be returned for a full refund, no questions asked.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please e-mail warranty@zutbe.com with the following.

1. Visual proof of the defect in a photo or video.

2. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.

3. The defective item’s serial number must be provided.

4. If the above proof is not clear enough, it may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

5. We reserve all rights, including the right to reject product returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation number should be easy to find when reviewing your purchase history.

Model Number: The packaging, manual or product itself may have the model number on it.

- Adding the model number in your communication to us can be more helpful than just telling us the name of the product.

- Order number from online purchases made through zutBe or zutBe’s authorized resellers

- Sales invoice

- Dated sales receipt from an authorized zutBe reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required (for example, a receipt showing money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

- Proof of purchase/confirmation number
- All accessories
- All original packaging

Shipping costs must be paid by consumer unless:

- Your state law says otherwise

- You are returning an item with a proven defect

- If the product is working as intended, but you just changed your mind, you must pay for any and all shipping costs.
If the product is working as intended, zutBe may replace it or refund the cost of the product itself only at its sole discretion.

Any/All zutBe warranties are void if:

- You lack a sufficient proof of purchase

- Your product is lost or stolen

- Your warranty has expired

- You just change your mind (after 30 days of purchase)

- You paid nothing for your product

- An unauthorized third party tried to repair your product

- An outside source damaged your product

- The problem is attributable to misuse, mishandling, abuse, consumer error/mistake, such as cutting or banging the product, extreme temperatures, water intrusion, improper power source like AC v. DC, failing to follow operating instructions

- You purchased from an unauthorized reseller

zutBe is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred while using zutBe products
- Returning any personal items sent to zutBe
- Loss of income
- Any other incidental or consequential damages
- Any claim of damages beyond replacement or repurchase, at zutBe’s sole discretion

Warranty

zutBe warranties comply with all state and federal laws. If there is any conflict between state law and the zutBe limited warranty you obtain with your purchase, your state's laws shall prevail. With zutBe warranties, you always get equal or better protection than your own state's laws.

As noted, all zutBe products sold by us or one of our authorized re-sellers, come with a best in industry warranty from day one of your purchase. (The length of your warranty is listed above).
